职位描述
Key responsibilities:
1.Communicate with foreign wine companies and assist with importing wines
2.Maintain the relationship between IWEX and foreign wine companies
3.Coordinate import wines which include: The entry of goods, clearance of goods,etc.
4.Assist wine companies to manage logistics and warehousing teams
5.Make import wine related office documents which include: WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL
6.Corporate with Sales team to conduct market and develop promotions that suit market needs
7.Be able to travel and assist winery visitors' trips both domestic in china or foreign countries: (Europe , Australia, North America, South America)
Candidate Profile
1.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to present fluently and confidently. ( overseas experience an advantage.)
2.Experience of customer facing activity and the ability to sell new concepts and ideas.
3.Basis Wine industry knowledge or have quite interest in wine industry. (ESW, or SWET certification an advantage)
4.Basis International trade knowledge (import, export experience an advantage)
5.Microsoft Office skilled: Word, Powerpoint, Excel
6.Highly organised with strong command of detail.
7.Self motivated with a high energy level.
Teamwork and be patient with customers, require of international courtesy.
