岗位概述:
1. 通过代理商进行中国部分地区合作医院的扩展工作，保证按时按要求地完成负责辖区的医院招募工作。
2. 负责根据样本设计的要求寻找有价值的数据代理商，与代理商进行谈判，代理商的数据收集的培训，以促进代理商与艾美仕合同的
签订；
3. 负责监督代理商履行合同，催促数据发送，数据问题的沟通；

主要职责：
1. 按照招募计划和样本设计发展与当地药监局、药学会、和医疗健康行业有关的协会等有可能帮助IMS发展医院的政府机构联系，
与这些潜在的合作伙伴保持联系。
2. 发展有价值的政府和协会相关机构成为我们的代理商，协助建立相应合作项目，协助设计项目构架，项目运营流程，经费支持
等。
3. 与上级主管共同进行合同内容的商讨，保证项目低成本和有效率运作
4. 监督项目的运营，及时解决项目运营中的问题。以确保数据的高质量、连续性和稳定性。
5. 与代理商保持密切联系，解决代理商的各种需求，包括数据格式的变更、数据提取、反馈报告的需求，为供应商和客户提供一流
的服务。
6. 在招募和项目的运营过程中，了解数据市场和卫生行政部门关于法律法规的制定更改情况，为公司寻找新的商业发展的机会。

Job Requirements：
1. 药学等医疗健康行业相关专业本科以上学历，熟悉药品结构，药理特性；
2. 1年以上医药相关行业工作经验，从事医疗健康行业有关，有临床医院工作经验者优先；
3. 有良好的电脑操作技能，熟练使用Microsoft Office；
4. 良好的沟通协调能力、交流能力，诚实可信；
5. 良好的执行能力和技巧，并可以满足随时变化的需求，承受压力和挑战；
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力；
7. 注重细节，同时具有全局思考能力
8. 能够承担经常出差的任务
