职位描述

The role plans, organizes andcontrols prospect generation, manages targeted selling opportunities, and newclient acquisition.  The responsibilitiesinclude winning new contracts through self-generation of leads and encapsulateall the components of a potential sales process including consultations,business case delivery, proposal/tender preparation and contract negotiation.


Primary Responsibilities: 

?Prospecting/self-generation ofleads penetrating multiple industries and target markets

?Research and administration toensure an active and relevant pipeline at all times

?Proactively identify new salesand business opportunities

?Execute marketing and salesplans, tracking their effectiveness, and driving conversion of contract valueto revenue

?Managing and achieving newbusiness sales budgets

?Engage in product footprintexpansion, upselling and cross-selling

?Interact with senior managementaudience (Chiefs, VP’s, Directors etc)

?Customer escalation resolution toensure a satisfactory outcome

?Internal relationship buildingwith colleagues across the region

?Maintaining industry and productknowledge to provide new and existing customers with insight and expertise

?Ensuring external communicationsand marketing materials are in line with company standards

?Negotiate financial, legal andcommercial aspects of contract documents to achieve closure

?Attend industry trade andconsumer events along with networking opportunities


JobQualifications  

?Above 5 years sales experience,especially B2B sales consultative rather than transactional selling

?Experience selling HR and or riskmanagement related products & services with an extensive personal networkof human resources and/or corporate compliance decision makers

?Multi-national client salesexperience desirable

?Experienced closing complicateddeals with long sales cycles

?Proven track record of taking anexisting service/proposition to a new market

?Proven experience taking anexisting service/proposition to a new market

?Experience using CRM tools &business analytics to track and manage leads

?Superior negotiation skills

?Presentation skills

?Analytical skills

?Marketing knowledge

?Exceptional written and oralcommunication, both English & Mandarin

?Competence in using a range of ITapplications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
