Overall Objective / Purpose of the Role:

In this role, the right candidate will assist with managing and growing one of the company’s newest and exiting clients in Greater China.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
? As Global Account Associate Director/Director, the candidate will assist the Global Account Lead to be the one of the primary interface between the client and all Cushman & Wakefield business and accountable for the overall relationship.
? Manage the account relationship - Client Relationship Management - drive a consistent approach to how the client Account is managed and supported; including but not limited to: Account business plan and reviews, QBRs, operating plans, performance management, training, cross-selling, retention strategies, communication plans.
? Account Management - assist the ongoing operational management of the client Account, including but not limited to: risk management, transition, play book development, deployment and adoption.
? Work with the client leadership and CRES stakeholders to provide inputs to strategies and plans
? Ensure operational and financial performance of the client Account - Responsible for budgeting, revenue and profit tracking and reporting results to senior management
? Talent Development – Partner with HR to develop a talent development program that nurtures talent by developing soft and technical skills required to undertake their current (and future) roles. Assist in hiring and resourcing of account team as necessary
? Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications and reporting
? Work with the client operation groups at certain levels to identify needs and introduce appropriate Cushman & Wakefield services
? Facilitate key client meetings and presentations
Skills / Requirement:
? Eight years’ industry experience as a real estate practitioner, internationally across Asia Pacific and ideally some projects or time spent in other global regions
? Knowledge across all Occupier Services business lines – Account Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Project Management, Lease Administration and Transaction Management
? An excellent influencer at all organizational levels, including the ability to develop credibility and trust with senior managers/decision makers.
? Capable of leading complex integrated accounts and pursuits.
? Able to listen and think strategically, manage risk and be innovative in problem solving.
? Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? A flexible, ‘client only’ attitude.
? Ability to build and develop strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a network of contacts.
? Strong consulting, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
? Capable Project Manager and organizer able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
? Exceptional written, oral, commercial and presentation skills.
? Degree qualified as a minimum.
