职位描述

Summarize the main purpose or objective of this job.

Assit HRM and HR Generalist to be responsible for coordinating all Admin and HR related jobs accompanying supports all the employees in the office, ensuring the smooth running of the FADV Beijing Office. The post required multi-tasking, self motivated, initiatives person with strong administrative and basic HR skills.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Office Administration:

· To provide administrative support to FADV Beijing staffs.

· To ensure all the office equipment is working order all the times.

· To undertake general office duties, for example:

- Dealing with post, faxes, mailing;

- Monitoring and ordering stocks of basic items: papers, stationery, toner, pantry supply and etc.

· To undertake office telephone reception, including taking messages for other staff.

· To ensure monthly office expenses application submitted and settled in timely manner, including but not limited office rental, stationary, clearning, plant rental, fax machine & printer rental, office supplies, etc

· To undertake travel and hotel accommodation arrangements. Human Resources:

· To assist HRM to provide HR support on recruitment to the organization, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding doc sign-off and orientation, etc.

· Ensure consistent HR administration across FADV Beijing, including onboarding, personnel movement, exit, annual leave and attendance records.

· Ensure that all HR matters and files are treated in the strictest confidence and compliance at all times.

· To assist HRM to organize employee activities, including but not limited to monthly birthday party, quarterly afternoon tea, etc.

· Ad hoc project assigned by HRM.


Job Qualifications

Education: · College degree and above

Experience: · Fresh graduate or with minimum 1 year’s working experience in HR & Admin area.
