1. Assistant China C&B Manager to implement compensation and benfit projects to ensure the total rewards strategy is followed and the competitiveness of the external market benchmarking is ensured 

2. Process the monthly payroll operations including the social security insurances and housing fund contribution through accurate and timely manners; 

3. Prepare labour cost related reports per requested template and frequency timely with high accuracy and quality; 

4. Continue to improve the process and procedures to ensure all company policies are in compliant with applicable regulations; 

5. Assist manager to deal with the regular inspections on social security insurances, housing fund as well as other C&B related matters; 

6. Assist manager to process the merit increase and annual bonus pay-out process; 

7. Monitor the policy and regulation changes and timely update to HR leadership team in relations to C&B operations;    8. Liaison with local authorities on the matters in relations to social security insurances, housing fund, individual income tax, etc. to ensure the smooth communication with the authorities in each city where the DCs exist; 

9. Work as daily contact window for relevant vendors. 

岗位要求：

1. Solid experiences in  C&B operations including payroll processing, HRIS system experience is a plus；

2. 5 years C&B operation experience in multi-national companies ，3 years payroll processing experiences
