职位描述

Job Description:  We are targeting to hire one talent working as Staff Account Sales Manager for SSD/DCSS Business in North China region, this job is responsible for managing our key accounts in North China region, winning key design sockets, and growing revenue for our SSD/DCSS products.

 

Qualifications : Previous account Sales background with 5+ years’ experience in SSD drive and DCSS system vendors or controller vendors is preferred. Good team player with strong technical background as listed in required skill part. Self-motivate and can work under stress to chase opportunity win. Good communication skills and can use English as working language fluently.

 

Required skills:

- Deep understanding to DCSS system ( Datacenter Storage System)

- Quite knowledgeable about NVMe-OF, SATA and PCIe related product and technology

- Familiar with SSD Controller, DRAM and NAND product/technology

- Direct customer management experience

- Knowledge of Storage customer, competition and market dynamics

- General knowledge about ASIC design, test and manufacturing flow.

 

Responsibility:

Manage Key accounts in North China region like Hikvion, Dahua, Alibaba, Inspur, Baidu, etc. Win critical SSD/DCSS design sockets, and drive SSD/DCSS business growth, Typical activities include the following:

- Daily and onsite customer support.

- Support customer meetings and manage closure of action items.

- Become the central liaison between customer and Marvell: clearly understand and explain customer issues and pushing for support from Business Unit.

-Build and manage high level relationship with key accounts
