请注意:这是一个9个月的临时岗位
Responsibilities and Duties:
1)Act as the primary contact for customers and liaise with vendors on the service delivery to customers.
2)To assist customers in resolving service/system issues, complaints and claims compensation promptly.
3)Enhance service experience through delivering professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer with varying needs and demands.
4)Support Sales/Network/Onboarding/Operations teams in communication and coordination with customers.
5)Provide responsive reply to general customers' email enquiries or via other interaction channels.
6)Provide timely updates to customers on shipment tracking status.
7)Provide full tracking services for customers by investigating shipment incidents involving undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost, damaged shipments etc.
8)Provide best in class customer service by fulfilling each customer’s unique needs while adhering to DHL policies.
9)Respond to customer queries regarding information on prices/billing, product & Features, transit time, destination coverage, pick-up process, system instructions, paperwork etc.
10)Provide responsive reply & ensure promptness in handling customers’ claims and compensation enquiries
11)Timely management of complaints and claims compensation
12)Channel customer`s feedback and provide suggestions or alternatives to management or relevant departments for service improvement.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1)Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of equivalent experience.
2)Minimum of 2 year working experience in customer service
3)E-Commerce or Logistics industry background preferred.
