1. Provide IP counseling to R&D team on patent, and other intellectual property issues.
2. Conduct patent and prior art search, competitive landscape analysis, patentability and freedom to operate analysis.
3. Identify patentable inventions, draft patent applications, and work together with outside counsel on patent filing and prosecution matters.
4. Build and maintain a strong intellectual property portfolio to support the Company’s R&D and commercialization efforts.
5. Support business development and research collaborations, including due diligence assessments, and advise on contract drafting and negotiation.
6. Provide litigation support, including validity analysis.
职位要求：
1. Advanced degree in organic chemistry preferred; admitted to China patent office
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the area of pharmaceutical patents
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and general familiarity with and strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, and commercialization.
3. Excellent drafting and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Prior experience managing projects strongly preferred.
5. Experience and skill at drafting patent applications and responses to patent office actions.
