Job Title: Business Documentation Officer

Overview:

Business Documentation Setup Team is the technical processing unit within Implementation & Service team (INS) that performs product setup in system and product documentation preparation for Cash Management Corporate (CMC) Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling the daily e-banking setup tasks and mark sure to complete within the agreed timeline

• Ensuring accurate setup and processing of e-banking request

• Providing professional ongoing support on e-banking and other service setup, including: follow up the documentation process, perform system setup to activate.

• Completing end-to-end coordination and having full responsibility of all e-banking documentation related to leg implementation projects as allocated

• Verifying signatures for product documentation

• Being responsible for product documentation

• Acting as single point of contact to back-end administration, including technical sign-off

• Ensuring handling of documentation is in compliance with audit rules

• Support internal projects within Global INS.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in a financial institution with good understanding of Cash Management products and services

• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, a team player with positive attitude and work ethic

• Quick leaner with good analytical and problem solving skills

• Paying attention to detail and can take multi-task

• Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Skills for e-banking and experience for client service would be an asset
