Description:
Channel Sales Leader is part of the core management team to define and execute the GTM strategy and growth plan for China to become a sizeable and strategic growth region.
渠道总监是核心管理团队的成员,负责制定和执行GTM战略和增长计划,使中国成为一个规模可观的战略性增长区域。
The position leads a team compose of channel management, channel development and part of the marketing, direct responsible for channel&marketing strategy and execution turning to boost the sales with Whitesky projector portfolio and projection fusion display solution.
该职位负责领导一个由渠道管理、渠道开发和部分市场营销人员组成的团队,直接负责渠道及市场营销策略的制定和执行,致力于促进投影产品组合以及投影融合显示解决方案的销售。
It quire great leadership to lead a channel sales team to identify the market segment, mapping to designated channel development plan, design and turning channel program, plan the marketing program etc. to enable channel sales to boost the business growth.
要求具备强大的领导力,带领销售团队识别细分市场,规划指定渠道的开发计划,设计渠道轮换机制,策划市场营销方案,推动渠道销售,促进公司业务增长。
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a channel sales and marketing function.
领导及管理渠道销售与营销部门;
2. In charge of overall channel strategy of design and define channel model, channel management, channel development, channel incentive program and channel support, to achieve and exceed the business target.
负责整体渠道战略,设计并制定渠道模式、渠道管理、渠道开发、渠道激励方案以及渠道支持计划,以完成和超越业务目标;
3. Define tiered channel model and bench mark for regional sales to develop regional channel partners. Manage the channel review, recruiting and authorization process.
制定区域销售的分层渠道模式和基准,开发区域性渠道合作伙伴,管理渠道评估、招募和授权流程;
4. Responsible to develop strategic partners and industry alliance in defined growth areas for strategic growth.
负责在确定的增长区域内开发战略合作伙伴和行业联盟,以实现战略性成长;
5. Responsible of regional and vertical channel development where do not have regional or vertical account sales coverage.
负责区域销售或垂直客户销售未覆盖地区的区域销售和垂直渠道开发;
6. Build an inside sales team to support channel and regional sales team to grow the installed base and develop new focused segments.
建立内部销售团队,支持渠道和区域销售团队,发展客户基数,开发新的聚焦细分市场;
7. Take the data marketing lead to promote branding and solution.
负责领导数据市场营销,促进品牌推广和推销解决方案。
Requirements:
1. 15 years working experience at least 8 years sales and channel management experience and 5 years team management experience.
15年工作经验,其中至少8年销售和渠道管理经验,5年团队管理经验;
2. Acquire systemic channel management and channel development knowledge and skills to recruit and encourage channel to boost the sales.
拥有系统的渠道管理和开发知识与技能,以招募和鼓励渠道提高销量;
3. Good record of client sales and channel sales of achieving and exceeding sales quota.
在完成和超越大客户及渠道销售目标方面有优良的业绩记录;
4. Experienced in leading a hunting sales team in developing new market segments
在带领狩猎式销售团队开发新的细分市场方面拥有丰富经验;
5. Good understanding of smart projectors、engineering projectors、projection fusion display system、 and projector related solutions.
非常熟悉智能投影机、工程投影机、投影融合显示系统及投影相关行业解决方案;
6. Strong communication/presentation skill and team work attitude
较强的沟通/表达能力,有团队合作精神;
7. Winning attitude, can do mentality and creative thinking
渴望胜利,乐观自信,富有创造性思维能力;
8. Good English skill in both oral and written
良好的英语口语及书写能力;
9. Minimum of bachelor degree
大学本科及以上学历。
