? Develop online omnichannel strategy, analyze and define consumer journey and experience in each channel, build and implement omnichannel capabilities.
? Screen the qualified TP Company in cooperation with legal, compliance, and e-marketing team.
? Development of own online shop, mobile shop, negotiating and management of online shop on 3rd party platforms, including domestic & cross-board in close collaboration with e-marketing team internally and TP company externally
? Responsible for e-commerce sales target planning including own online shop, and on 3rd party platforms and mobile shops;
? achievement of sales targets and P&L.
? Work with e-Marketing team to carry out the marketing initiatives and programs across the channels.
? Responsible for sales-driven online plans and execution.
? Responsible for launching new product successful on e-commerce channels in close cooperation with e-marketing, sales and other countries.
? Work with e-marketing on data collection, analytical and provide insights for business decisions.
? Trade negotiation and management in close collaboration with e-marketing team.
? Provide industry leading insights and share with team.

任职要求：

1. Solid knowhow on e-commerce business model. 5+ years e-commerce experience  for healthcare products is preferred. Multinational pharmaceutical company with OTC channel management and channel sales management experience is a plus.
2. Bachelor degree.
3. Ability to work with and influence diff. stakeholder.
4. Take ownership and hard working. Passion on drive new business model. Can work independently under pressure.
5. English capability is a must.
