As a Technical Product Manager/Specialist, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will perform and oversee the life cycle activities of assigned product(s) in Instrumentation product portfolio including development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. Define the strategy and product roadmap, work closely with sales, operation, RD and PLM to growth business in China.

? Contributor to the product vision, strategy and features.
? Manage the on-going life-cycle of assigned product(s) in Instrumentation product portfolio.
? Support the product development process from project specification to product launch. Assist sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of new products/systems/services.
? Understand market competition, industry application and customer need, contributing to the definition of new product technical characteristics by providing specific expertise for new product development or product enhancement.
? Prepare various analyses by market, product and competitors. Collaborate with internal teams to share data as needed.
? Deliver product training to internal teams and customers.
? Ensure technical support to Sales for critical or special negotiations.

? A Bachelor’s degree of above in Engineering field.
? Over 3 to 4 years of experience in Similar roles.
? Proficient in MS-Office skill.
? Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese.
? Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
? Organized and proactive.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
