职位描述
1. Purpose of the Job
1. To develop TM.I.P business in China, Focusing on Absorption/RTO/Distillation/Washing Tower business in Industrial sector.
2. Report to BD Manager, the incumbent would responsible for promoting Jebsen & principal's image in targeted industry.
3. Build up competence, knowledge, network for developing this business.
2. Key Result Areas
Responsible for number of order intake in order to achieve the target set and agreed.
Responsible for increasing customer base
Responsible for project pipeline management
Responsible for execution of the project cooperated with principals
3. Main Tasks
1. Work primarily in promoting Jebsen's & TM.I.P's targeted Image in target industry.
2. Search for new customers in designated regions/area
3. Develop long-term relationship with clients
4. Provide pre-sales assistance and after sales support
5. Provide quality RFQ cooperate with principals; arranging principal for customer visiting.
6. Support marketing initiatives by attending conferences (Trade fairs, Seminars and Meetings)
7. Negotiate tender/tender terms and conditions to meet parties' needs
8. Work with team to formulate growth plan in line with timeline
9. Implement CCV tool
10. Coordinate with Jebsen Procurement and TM.I.P for outsourcing task
4. Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of environment regulation, policy and targeted industries
Knowledge of Chemical, adhesive
Connection within target industry
Good command of English
Aggressive sales personality, ability to start business from sketch.
5. Qualification required:
- Bachelor degree in environment engineer, chemical, civil engineer
- 3~5 years sales experiences, chemical, Environment sector prefer
- Fluent English
- Office, Lotus, Microsoft etc.
- Strong Sales skill with good attitude to maintain clients
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong communication abilities
- Experience in working in related company is an advantage
