工作职责说明：

 

1、负责指定区域原有的维护和跟踪工作；

2、负责指定区域新客户的业务开发；

3、负责指定区域内连锁客户的拜访和信息收集；

4、负责区域内CRM客户管理的更新工作；

5、负责区域内行业信息的收集及汇报。

6、负责区域内私密美容产品销售指标的达成。

7、制定区域内季度和年度发展规划。各省市渠道商的管理及跟进。

8、完成项目覆盖。针对重点项目做出相应的解决方案（包含培训，售后和运营方案），并成功实施。

9、按时准确提交各项报告、报表；认真参加相关培训和会议。

10、定期总结回顾区域内销售工作，就销售情况、管理情况、费用情况向上级汇报，寻求问题的解决和获取更多资源。

 基本要求：

 

1、 临床医学、市场营销等专业背景，专科及以上学历。

2、 三年以上大型医疗设备销售经验，熟悉民营市场和美容（纤体/私密）产品、或妇产科及私密销售经验优先；有美容线连锁或多店客户资源者优先，有光电设备销售或合作经验者优先，有渠道代理商经销商优先；

3、 踏实肯干，业务和协调能力强。

4、 具独立工作能力，具营销能力，热衷销售工作，较强团队协作精神。

5、 压力下自我激励和管理能力。

6、 能够经常性的出差。
