Work Context:

1.Managing EHS related issues of team and related areas

2.Leading the team focusing on technology development activities

3.With input from customers, application and commercial etc. internal teams to understand market need and company’s current product/process technologies to develop new products for China market based on collaboration with global product development teams and local teams

4.Conducting scale-up of local developed products to mass production lines and alternative raw material validation based on deep understanding of company’s operation model and manufacturing process

5.Conducting analytical service to support technology development, application and aftersales etc. activities

6.Talent development together with other stakeholders

Person Specification:

1.At least B.S in Chemistry, Material or Chemical Engineering or any other related majors

2.At least 7 years’ management experience with MNCs in technology related functions

3.Chemistry and catalysis

4.Chemical engineering

5.General management

7.DFMEA/PFMEA

8.Fluent English

9.Interpersonal and communication skills

10.Learning ability

11.Successful experience of leading the technology team with proven record

12.Talent development with proven record
