As a Process Commissioning Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics and Discrete Automation (RA) Business and Robotics (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Discrete Automation (RA) Business offering a wide range of products and services including robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will be responsible for painting robots process commissioning, supporting proposal team for
simulation or actual commissioning result feedback do some test in company lab and get some guiding data, then applicant these parameters to commission on site.

? Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective completion of all commissioning activities based on contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
? Creating work plans and cost estimates.
? Conducting risk assessments and initiating and monitoring risk-mitigation plans for health, safety and environmental hazards.
? Managing external suppliers to ensure availability of commissioning equipment, systems and services.
? Maintaining communication with customers at all stages of the project.
? Developing entry-level engineers and technicians through sharing of knowledge and experience.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? A College degree or above.
? More than 3 years of working experience in Robots is preferred.
? Fluent in verbal and written English.
? Experience working at customer sites.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
