岗位职责:

    

1.冷库工程前期，与客户及招商沟通完成冷库工程方案设计，完成制冷系统、工艺管路设计，确保冷库方案满足用户的要求及相应的技术规范；

    

2.完成项目施工图，协调现场技术支持，负责落实各阶段施工图纸的设计及改进，审核施工图纸的质量及要求，优化方案；

    

3.配合施工现场安全管理、质量把关、成本控制、进度等施工管理工作；

    

4.与总包方、甲方或乙方、监理方、施工班组等沟通协调工作；

    

5.上级交办的其他相关事务。

    

任职资格:

    

1.两年以上冷库（冷藏库、冷冻库、速冻库、气调库）建造或管理运营经验，对工程规划、设计、造价、预算、控制、施工管理及实际操作有一定经验；

    

2.制冷、暖通类相关专业大专及以上学历；

    

3.熟练使用办公软件Word、Excel、Powerpoint和设计软件AutoCAD；

    

4.有较强的责任心和团队精神，良好的沟通协调能力，能吃苦耐劳，接受偶尔出差；

    

5.有水果保鲜库、催熟库、气调库项目经验者优先考虑。
