Key Functions:

Develop and implement effective and efficient recruitment plan and manage staffing process to ensure the hiring needs are met in timely.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the recruiting process is aligned with the hiring guidelines;

· Hire competent candidates to fill vacancies of retail stores (both FT and PT) timely;

· Ensure the headcount and cost are under budget by cost center;

· Develop recruiting channel, both internal and external (website, wechat, campus, executive search, internal referral, etc) effectively;

· Establish and maintain talent pool for long term talents search;

· Take in charge of the completion of staffing process. but no limited to on board preparation, orientation organization, personal file collection, probation appraisal, resignation process, etc;

· Maintain the recruitment system and prepare weekly/monthly reports;

· Other projects/tasks allocated by the line Manager.

Specifications:

· Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR in dynamic fast paced environment, preferably in the retail industry

· Bachelor and above degree

· Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English

· Proactive a self-motivated; Problem Solver.

· Proficient in MS office applications, such as (MS Excel, Word, PPT.)
