Daily execution: 

 -         Upload and track allocation/replenishment order daily load-in SAPand fill-in orders. Work with cross category allocation teams for allocation/replenishment order loading and tracking Work with logistics both inbound and outbound teams to ensure inventory received into warehouse as expected and shipping plan executed on time. 

 -         Handle the holiday’s shipping schedule alignment and tracking ·

Tracking seasonal booking coverage 

-          Daily tracking the supply situation through coverage report and other tools. 

-          Call out the risk to Biz. Team and take follow up action to mitigate the risk

Tracking the end to end seasonal order book health

-         Have the seasonal inventory full picture which include booking, shipping, cancel and remain to ship deep dive down to different platforms

Consumer moment inventory execution:

？             Align with cross team for digital event rebuy forecast and goods flow into different seasons and months

？             Digital event rebuy SO build-up and tracking coverage & risk call out

？             Digital event CO inventory build-up

？             Handle digital event deployment and tracking

Cross channel inventory balance tracking and follow up

？             Based on cross channel coverage gap and actual shipping data to create re-balance process 

Digital CO inventory transfer to NFS CO inventory pool to support NFS business growth

任职资格：

 MINIMUM RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Technical: 

 1)    Able to use SAP 

 2)    Proficiency in Excel, Power Point is a must, and SharePoint is preferred. 

 3)    Strong communication skills, including facilitation and presentations. 

 4)    Ability to clearly articulate goals and objective. 

 5)    Strong time management and organization skills. 

 6)    Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group. 

 7)    Ability to network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources.   

 Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
