职位描述：

1、 通知学生上课及调转时间，新开课与家长沟通；

2、 催款工作：按照催款表及时与家长联系，催缴剩余费用；

3、 及时了解学员续报、续费情况；

4、 跟进学员后续服务的协调与管理，客户来访接待、回访、停课；

5、 负责监督教师教学质量并反馈班级组,监督教师、学生考勤并反馈给相关部门；

6、 及时了解学生学习情况并与老师、家长做好沟通。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2、性格外向，沟通能强，协调能力强，形象气质佳；

3、细心、耐心、有较强的责任心；

4、有处理应急事件能力，特别是跳跃性事件。
