Journal maintenance and marketing support

·         Gather and organize journal information and status in journal spreadsheet

·         Draft invoice request

·         Update journal homepage as requested

Special issue support

·         Record special issue information into database

·         Input call for paper for special issues

·         Provide special issue related reports

Publishing Project support

·         Desk research for publishing project

·         Support workshop including document translation, information collection, and post-workshop follow-up

Other Ad-Hoc assignment

其他临时性工作

 

要求：

本科及以上学历；

可长期实习，在岗时间不少于4个月（每周工作不低于3天）；

英文听说读写能力优秀；

良好的Excel/Word/PowerPoint使用能力；

善于沟通协调，踏实细心；
