Position: Senior Officer, HR

JOB OBJECTIVES:
-- To support the smooth implementation of Greater China leadership program, and the implementation of global and regional leadership programs in Greater China.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide coordinative support in implementing development programs;
2. Manage the administrative issues of development activities;
3. Maintain the database and record of the leadership programs;
4. Prepare contracts and arrange payments;
5. Involve in key T&D project development and implementation;
6. Take ad-hoc projects or support initiatives related to Training & Development when necessary;
7. Involve in team effectiveness review and improvement.


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree and above;
2. At least 2 years' experiences in Human Resources administration in multi-national enterprises, especially in training related areas;
3. Being Detail-oriented, stable and reliable;
4. Proactive work attitude;
5. Openness to feedback as a quick learner;
6. Good analytical thinking;
7. Can use English language as working language, esp. in writing;
8. Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel.
