?开发并管理代理商，与所在区域代理商建立长期、稳定的合作关系，确保终端渠道的品牌形象；

?开发并维护顾问公司、设计院、总包单位和业主方等资源，提高产品的市场占有率；

?关注竞争对手的产品信息和市场活动，能够分析市场需求，开发潜在新用户，配合销售管理人员制定销售战略；

?能够与售后服务部门一起协调处理客户售后服务问题；

?独立完成项目前期技术的对接及小型的宣讲会，能够独立完成标书及相关文件；

?配合市场及相关部门参加展会或相关会议；

?负责收集市场和行业信息，对已有资源的管理和维护，正确、完整和及时地更新销售信息；

?负责销售合同的制定，包括处理询价、报价、合同条款的协商等；

?负责销售合同的执行，与各部门做好协调沟通工作，确保已签订合同的顺利运行；

?负责协调项目进场前的现场勘测及后期设备指导安装及初步调试；

任职要求：

?给排水、暖通、机械制造、机电工程等相关专业专科以上学历；

?优秀的沟通技巧，良好的团队协作意识；

?熟练使用Auto CAD软件，能够读懂给排水平面系统图；

?熟练使用office(word, Excel, PPT 等)办公软件；

?熟练掌握英语，能够满足工作中所需的听说读写要求；

?抗压力强，独立完成工作；

?较好的自我管理及时间管理意识；

?可适应出差。
