Company
Our company client is a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation.
The position is open in Shanghai office.
Responsibility
Report to China CFO
? Manage Accounting, Tax, Treasury, T&E, Reporting Team to deliver timely accurate data analysis.
? Review and provide all Group reporting
o Forecasting, budgeting business trend, understand the industry character and each of our business lines.
? Optimize internal process and workflow to gain more efficiency
? Manage entities integration on all aspects, finance, legal, tax, cash, people, etc...
? Internal control monitoring, external audit and ETR, tax filing
? Communication with 3rd consulting parties.
? Optimize internal system and eventually lead new system immigration project
o Close monitor on cash flow management
o Any ad hoc tasks which are required
Requirement
? More than 10 years working experiences in Corporate Finance, accounting, tax area.
? Bachelor or above level.
? Good communication skill
? Independent and open mindset
? Strong leadership
? Language skill: Mandarin and English are must, French will be a plus
? SSC work experience will be a plus
? Big 4 audit background will be a plus
