岗位职责:

Working together with the Regional Sustainability Manager, the successful candidate will be required to shape and drive strong social and environmental impact-related projects and integrate sustainable development into the Group’s business operations, while providing key metrics for reporting and communications, and supplier training and performance evaluation.
？ Act as a discussion partner to the Regional Sustainability Manager and other company management on all matters relating to sustainability and keep them abreast of regulations, industry trends, risk, and opportunities
？ Improve the Group’s overall social sustainability performance by developing and managing various sustainability projects in the value chain, including monitoring programs on supplier working conditions, as well as tool development to enhance the Group’s responsible purchasing practices and procurement performance
？ Improve the Company’s overall environmental sustainability performance by implementing the Group’s chemical, greenhouse gas, energy and water consumption policy, as well as managing projects relating to low-carbon operations, eco-office and stores, and product end-of-life solutions
？ Contribute to innovations in our product design by driving projects around more sustainable/traceable raw materials and production processes
？ Engage with all relevant departments and participate in trainings to ensure successful adoption of more sustainable practices within the Group
？ Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement tools, standards and guidelines to elevate the Company’s sustainability program
？ Track and manage key metrics and KPIs when needed, work closely with corporate communication to communicate Group sustainability achievements
？ Data collection and analysis

任职资格:

？ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sustainability/Business Administration/environmental science or similar
？ Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sustainability, or similar
？ English and Mandarin, full professional proficiency, additional language a plus
？ Experience in leading projects and ability to construct programs from scratch
？ Business minded with flexibility to execute cross-departmental projects
？ Supplier capacity building and training experience preferred
？ Systematic thinker with ability to identify root cause of problems and come up with solutions
？ A sound understanding of the retail value chain and its challenges, manufacturing and raw material knowledge, experience in material sourcing a plus
？ A passion for sustainability-related topics and results driven
？ Strong presentation and communication skills, creative and a team player
？ Keen sense of fashion and passion for the fashion industry
？ Require excellent Microsoft words, excel, power point skills
