JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Responsible for steering business with high/medium value key customers.

2. Implement business strategy to achieve profitable business and manage relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with respective key accounts.

3. To build up close communication with GKA, RKA team and support business implementation for GKA/RKA on country basis.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To develop and maintain strategic business relationship with key accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.

2. To provide on-going support to GKA/RKA, with guidance and support from GKA/RKA team, to ensure they receive appropriate customer service. Contribute to the development of global sales annual plans and budgets.

3. To trace KA needs on consumption analysis, product/service performance, technical service needs, then identify the business opportunities, develop KA business proposal and indicate necessary resources.

4. Processes product knowledge as well as through knowledge of clients business.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor degree, preferred in Technical Discipline/Chemistry, Chemical Engineering

2. Experience: At least 5 years of job experience in hygiene industry (familiar with hygiene industry/manufacturers/suppliers - diaper or feminine hygiene, or raw materials)

3. Ability of identify the market/business potential and initiate the business strategy/plan

4. Prefer to have technical understanding about hygiene industry and product.

5. Good interpersonal communication skills

6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English

7. Good computer operation skills

8. Efficient, result oriented and reliable

9. Cooperative, team-oriented working style
