Principle Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Opco finance team and different functional groups to prepare monthly group reporting package.
2. Work closed with global finance team and local management team to generate quarterly financial forecast.
3. RHQ and DST monthly operational expense review.
4. Monthly pre-closing balance sheet and P&L review for China entities.
5. Participate in annual financial planning and budgeting processes.
6. Consolidation reporting for Dover Shanghai Trading (Opcos, Cashpool and DST)
7. Perform different kinds of financial analysis and simulations relating to ad hoc requests.
8. Lead regional treasury projects and participate in corporate treasury projects
9. Monitor bank fees, FX exposure, bank guarantees
10. Monitor Dover China cash position and dividends plan
11. Monthly Cash forecast and reporting
12. Cashpooling closing and investment analysis
13. HSBC net maintenance

Experiences and Requirements

? Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related area required
? Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Fluent written and spoken English.
? Proficient in excel and PPT
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
? 5 year experience in a Finance and Treasure related function.
