1．依据工作单进行包装生产

       1）签收所需包装货物，确认ITEM、QTY、EXPIRY DATE是否与工作单一致

       2）领取相应物料，在包装过程中监控物料供应情况，保持与叉车司机和物料员的沟通

       3）确保包装设备达到正常使用状态

       4）排线，人员及岗位安排

5）监督包装工人严格按照作业指导书工作，确保产品质量

6）定时核查完成品，杜绝不合格产品出现

7）及时处理流水线上的各种异常情况，并及时反馈至包装组长

8）每一工作单包装完工后及时处理不良品

9）规范填写包装完工报告并及时提交办公室数据员

2．给包装工人培训和作业指导

3．定期点检包装设备，插座及开关

4．每日下班后对包装区域进行安全巡查，做好相应记录

5．其他上级交付的工作

6．轮岗包装QC职责：

1）按规定不断巡查各产线，抽检半成品、成品的品质

2）填写《消费品制程中检查及发放纪录》

3）发现问题即时知会包装管理操作员及包装组长，并跟踪记录结果
