Summary:
The Field service Engineer provides technical support for AMOVA systems in the field, This role is responsible for generation field oriented procedures; installation and commission, inspect and advise. This position requires working closely with project (sales) and construction teams, manufacturing, quality control (QC), vendors, customers, customer contractors, and AMOVA subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
？ Review commissioning and warranty documents prior to contract execution.
？ Support systems in field installation/commissioning/warranty
？ Resolving field issues with customer/contractor and construction interaction
？ Report non-conformance and field completion status
？ Verify Contractor are following AMOVA’s standards during assembly and pre-commissioning
？ Provide AMOVA representation as onsite construction meetings when necessary.
？ Report customer and contractor comments back to construction, QC, and production.
？ Preform unit pre-commissioning checks and final commissioning of systems when needed
？ Quoting/scheduling and realization of after sales/maintenance service projects together with HQ incl. but not limited to inspect and advice and spare part business
？ Securing of spare part availability
？ Recommend process/design improvements to construction and management
？ Create and maintain detailed project documentation
？ Assist in creation and implementation of field related procedures (installation, commissioning, inspection ) in concurrence with construction and services.
？ Write job plans and scopes for field related work
？ Participate in system FAT in workshop inspections, kick-off meeting, project wrap up meetings and conference calls when required.
？ Establish, develop and maintain customer/contractor/vendor relationships.


Qualifications:
？ Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
？ Experience with automation PLC (e.g. SIEMENS, Allen Bradly, Rockwell),
？ 3-5 years’ experience of field work
？ Work in a team based environment
？ High motivation to be proactive with ideas to serve the customer
？ Commercial understanding
