岗位职责:

    

1.负责公司人员招聘及招聘渠道的拓展与维护等；

    

2.协助进行部门职责及岗位说明书编写，并根据实际情况进行优化；

    

3.协助进行人员流失分析与对策方案的实施；

    

4.依据公司人力资源策略协助绩效管理；

    

5.负责员工入职、离职、转正、调转等流程管理；

    

6.负责公司公司环境与安全的维护与改进；

    

7.负责行政采购与成本管理；

    

8.上级交办的其他相关事务。

    

 任职资格:

    

1.人力资源、工商管理相关专业专科及以上学历；

    

2.两年以上人事行政工作经验；

    

3.熟练操作Office相关软件；

    

4.具备优秀的语言表达能力，有较强的执行能力和观察力。
