岗位职责:
    
1.配合客户经理与客户（如盒马、叮咚等）确定交付标准；
    
2.到货质量的质检工作，按时出具书面报告；
    
3.催熟计划规划，安排催熟时间，催熟库位；
    
4.催熟参数的监控，催熟进程中相关产品质量监控，定时巡查，作相应书面记录；
    
5.确保催熟设备正常运转，发现问题及时反馈；
    
6.成品的质检工作，按时出具书面报告；
    
7.上级交办的其他相关事务。
    
任职资格:
    
1.大专及以上学历，农业、园艺、畜牧、食品或相关专业；；
    
2.乐于从事水果行业；
    
3.可接受偶尔出差，以支持全国网点基地；
    
4.了解ISO9000、ISO22000、HACCP等食品安全管理体系，对水果催熟工作经验优先。
