1.根据公司业务发展需要及区域市场特点，制定催熟库、冷藏库、冷冻库、气调库项目销售策略及业务拓展计划；

    

2.负责客户关系的开发与维护，发掘新客户，组织执行销售策略，实现本区域销售目标；

    

3.建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道，主持客户的业务谈判及成交，创建长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系；

    

4.确保销售业绩的达成与销售费用的合理分配与控制；

    

5.根据公司的长远发展需要，组织开展销售团队建设，负责团队目标绩效管理，支持销售目标的达成。

    

    

任职资格:

    

1.大专及以上学历；

    

2.两年工程销售经验，一年冷库行业经验；

    

3.扎实的文字功底，敏锐的市场触觉，出色的逻辑分析能力；

    

4.良好的团队合作精神，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，极强的解决问题的能力。
