工作职责：

公司主营快时尚，负责公司旗下终端直营连锁门店管理（300家左右）

1、根据公司发展战略，协助总经理制定全国营销策略；

2、根据企业总体销售战略，制定并组织实施完整的销售方案，确保销售目标的达成；

3、负责全国终端门店的营运管理工作，掌握控制公司营运节奏，提升终端门店的盈利能力和可复制能力；

4、根据公司战略目标，优化运营管理流程，并确保执行到位；

5、对公司终端销售团队的人才梯队负责。

 任职要求：

1、熟悉零售店铺销售管理、货品周转调配、门店呈现等；

2、有丰富的区域团队管理经验、以及人才发展与培养经验；

3、有全局意识，善于从务实、客观角度发现问题、解决问题。
