Essential Functions of the job:
? Set up a full scope of credit policy and procedures, provide guidance and training to business timely.
? Perform daily operation of credit control management including but not limited to:
- Evaluate credit risk of new distributor and grant credit limit accordingly
- Monitor the status of account receivables to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting book and compliance with credit policy and regulation
- Review distributor performance and take action accordingly.
? Develop and deliver credit related report, coordinate cross-functional activities in order to provide support and guidance to business.
? Participate in SAP SD module design, implementation and enhancement.
? Assist in ad-hoc project and routine audit program if any
职位要求：
? High expertise of the credit control area in Pharma industry
? 6+ years working experience in the credit control and 2+ years in a leader role; with project management experience is preferred
? Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word. Past experience with integrated accounting software SAP and custom report writing tools.
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Pro-actively identify and recommend solutions for business efficiencies/opportunities
? Quickly act with an open mind to face internal and external transformation
