职位描述
【岗位职责】（天猫京东等平台）
1. 负责制定每月营销方案撰写，店铺主题活动组织和规划。
2. 负责网店日常活动页面规划，文案撰写和执行等工作。
3. 对店铺营销活动各项数据进行收集、统计、归纳，总结。
4. 与屈臣氏内部各个部门保持良好的合作，开展并跟进内部项目。
【任职资格】
1. 大专以上学历，3年以上电商平台文案策划或4A广告公司SAE/AAM经验，有电商运营或护肤品和化妆品行业经验优先
2. 具备以下职业经验之一：
A. 电商文案经验：活动页面和商品详情页策划经验丰富，熟悉电商各类平台官方活动、规则和执行经验。
B. 数字营销经验：社会化媒体撰写和内容型文案经验丰富，品牌意识较强，思维活跃，有效与设计师沟通视觉传达和画面创意。
3. 工作认真细致、积极主动，心理素质强，有较强的抗压能力；
4. 愿意在电商上长远发展，学习能力强，做事条理清晰；
5. 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，具有高度的敬业精神，有责任心。
