Position Title: Sr. Officer, Human Resources

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Human Resources

JOB OBJECTIVES:



To support C&B function covering all BU/FUs under BCH group companies, including preparing monthly headcount report, maintain updated HR system, assistance to handle employee benefits programs and other related administration tasks to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly payment for employees.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with HR service provider for employment registration and termination.
Administer employee personnel profile
Assist for headcount statistics for union benefits and/or others.
Assist for employee benefits programs administration by coordinating with related parties for:
Social insurance contribution enrollment and termination, annual contribution statement distribution
Supplementary medical insurance claim
Annual medical examination...
Assist for annual /monthly individual income tax filing
Assist employees to apply for Shanghai Residency Certificate and other administrative support during daily operation
HR System & Template maintenance to ensure the smooth operation
Provide other administrative support as requested by other HR colleagues
Other working assignments arranged by HR Manager



REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor or above
2-3 years HR working experiences, working in MNC preferred
Good command of written and spoken English is essential
Good MS Office skills, experience in e-HR system as a plus
Good communication skills and team player
