岗位职责:

General Overview:
This role is the lead for Talent Acquisition - working closely with business leaders, hiring managers and HR community to bring the right talents to the right positions and in the meantime taking overall governance of the recruitment processes for continuous improvement. In addition, the role is also expected to actively support employees learning and development per need.

Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to onboarding and beyond.
? Take overall governance of the recruitment processes and practices and coordinate with different locations to ensure recruitment efficiency and effectiveness via Kaizen Workshop, Visual Management, timely and accurate recruitment analysis and report, evaluation of the recruitment channels, etc.
? Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs proactively, understand selection criteria, advise the right channels, source competent talents, etc.
? Work closely with recruitment agencies to enhance the channels engagement and to ensure their quality.
? Maintain an updated recruitment database and build talents pool via all kinds of possible channels in order to address short-term and long term needs.
? Build strong employer branding via conveying unique value proposition of the open positions, enhancing good candidate experience, campus projects, etc.
? Act as a subject matter expert in TA and actively involve in equipping the people managers in talent selection, interviewing and onboarding.
? Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness to candidates.
? Lead TA Projects such as Internal Referral Program, recruitment agencies engagement, talent mapping on critical positions, Young Talents Program, etc.
? Lead recruitment processes mapping into global HRIS and ensure seamless launch of TA modules.
? Support the talent acquisition needs in other countries and locations in APAC per requests.
? Actively support tasks and programs in employees learning and development.

任职资格:

Job Requirements:
Essentials
? Absolute Integrity
? Bachelor degree above
? 7+ years HR experience gained in sizeable organization with 5+ years proven TA experience in automation industry
? Expertise in various sourcing channels & when to leverage them
? Rich TA project management experience (Talent Mapping, ATS, Internal Referral Program, etc.)
? Strong customer focus & solid analytic skills
? Detailed-minded and result-driven
? Ability to integrate in a work culture of speed and agility
? Proficient in MS Office
? Excellent English Skills

Desirable
? Major in in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
? TA experience in other APAC countries and locations will be a plus
? Strong growth mindset
? Experience with global HRIS
