About the role

This position is responsible for sales audit report, accountbooking & reconciliations. Responsibilities included providing support toRA leader to ensure finance operation and closing process is prompt andaccurate.

What you'll do

• Responsiblefor daily sales audit report for Greater China stores.
• Responsiblefor store cashier variance reconciliation and investigation.
• Workwith Treasure Team in revenue bank activity and reconciliation.
• Supportmonthly sales report to landlord
• Preparejournal entries on sales, cash/card collection, cash/card variance, cash pickup expense, bank charge/interest/ refund.
• Preparemonthly assurene on cash, card, VAT, and cash pick up fee
• Reconcilebank statement monthly
• Maintaincash pick up profile by store.
• IssueTax invoice.
• Workwith IT Team if there is any system issue.
• Handlestore manual refund
• Assistin Annual sales audit report to landlord.
• Supportother teams when necessary.e.g. Giftcard sale, Tax Audit Filling

Who you are

• Able towork both independently and as part of a team.
• Professionalskills on accounting, financial system and Microsoft office.
• Self-motivated,hard-driven, with earnest desire to learn and grow.
• GoodChinese and English language skills, both oral and written.
• Bachelor’sdegree or above.
