The (Mfg) Techinician - NC is responsible for:生产技工—不合格品负责：

• To liaise between Suppliers, Production, Planning, ME, SQA, Purchasing, Material Handler and Import/Export to ensure a smooth return and replacement of non-conforming purchased materials.

  联系供应商、生产、计划、ME、SQA、采购、物料操作和进出口，确保采购的不合格物料顺利退运和更换

• Be responsible for the stock control of NC material.

  负责不合格品物料的库存控制

“Responsibilities and HIRING Requirements 职责和录用条件” (Using e.g. bullet points, identify the detailed aspects and specific responsibilities of the role.

• Provide replacement material for production within agreed lead time.

  在规定时间内提供生产所需替代物料

• Inform and liaise with suppliers on quality problems.

  就质量问题通知并联络供应商

• Arrange rework or scrapping of faulty material.

  安排缺陷物料的返工或报废

• Create repair orders in Movex for purchased materials.

  为采购物料在系统中创建维修订单

• To be responsible for arranging the packing and dispatch of non-conforming materials.

  负责安排不合格物料的包装和发货

• Support to stock checking of production materials and spares.

  支持生产物料和备件的库存检查

• To ensure that the quarantine area is well maintained at all times.

  确保隔离区随时都受到良好维护

• Receive and handle NC in Q-pulse.

  在Q-pulse上接收并处理NC

• To highlight any problems that might put the achievement of the MRP（MOVEX） plan and production schedule at risk.

  标记出任何可能给MRP(MOVEX)系统计划的实现带来风险的问题

• Participate in quality improvements throughout the business as assigned.

  根据要求，参加公司的质量改进活动

• To carry out any other warehousing duties as could be reasonably expected.

• Stock adjustments up to RMB500 per line item.

  在单项物料金额不超过500元的范围内调整库存

• Raise Scrap request.

  提出报废申请

• Non Conformance Report (NCR) origination, corrective action and correction signature.

  提请不符合报告，填写纠正措施和签名

• Release order to 3rd party external warehouse for outbound

  发放指令给第三方外部仓库用于出库

• Maintain the Quarantine stock records and liaise with SQA on reject/faulty goods.

  维持被隔离物料库存记录，就被拒绝/残次物料联系SQA
