Job Designation: Service Delivery Manager

Job Location: Shanghai, China

Excis is a global IT services company, headquartered in the United Kingdom. We are now looking to recruit a fulltime Service Delivery Manager to join our Shanghai team to look after one of our large global clients.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Management of client projects ensuring key business metrics are being adhered to for quality, service levels, and costs.
• Management of internal engineers and supplier resources globally.
• Implement appropriate regular client/business review meetings of an operational nature.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure client’s SLA’s are continuously exceeded.
• Conduct quarterly operational reviews with internal and external teams.
• Ensure profitability of projects and grow revenue at every opportunity.
• Manage forecasts and budgets.
• Assist in engineer recruitment.

• Being the point of contact between engineers and client as well as engineers and Excis.
• Provide Finance team with accurate monthly billing figures for on-going projects and resources.
• Manage engineer schedules, timesheets and leave requests.
• Be the delivery champion for your area(s).
• Can do attitude and ability to motivate and pass on positive mind-set to the rest of the team, promote the Excis mentality!
• Be prepared to work the odd weekend, evenings, as you will be covering teams in different time zones. Global teleconference meetings are part of this job as well.

Qualification and Skill requirements:

• University Degree, diploma or extensive work experience in similar role.
• Min. 3-5 years of previous IT Project Management or Service Delivery experience on medium to large projects.
• ITIL qualification and Project Management qualifications advantageous.
• Experience managing global projects within an agile environment.
• Strong Project Management and Service Delivery focus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
