职位描述：

1. 工作领域位于最前沿的5G和运营商云服务技术领域，为运营商客户提供5G网络的技术支持和服务交付。
2. 作为技术支持工程师，需要具备通信和IT等领域广泛的专业知识，掌握相关产品的软硬件以及数据通信网络知识，具备较强的学习能力，能够快速、灵活的适应通信技术日新月异的发展。
3. 技术支持工程日常接触的主要是运营商客户的技术人员，以及公司服务交付部门内部的服务经理、服务工程师等，也需要与销售、研发、第三方服务供应商以及当地政府协作。
4. 能够适应较频繁、紧急的国内外出差。具备较强的交流沟通能力，能够顺畅的与国内外同事、客户以及第三方供应商沟通和协作。

 

岗位职责：

1. 处理客户提出的问题并提供技术报告
2. 电信网络故障分析和处理
3. 协助爱立信后台技术支持和研发进行问题跟踪、分析和解决
4. 紧急故障处理
5. 软件升级管理
6. 客户沟通和培训

 

岗位关键要求：

1. 具备Cloud/OpenStack/CEE/Docker/VNF相关工作经验
2. 熟悉LTE/EPC相关理论知识，对于5G SA/NSA网络架构、接口以及协议有一定的了解
3. 具备4G/5G网络端到端问题跟踪能力
4. 熟练使用Linux操作系统。对于数据库和IP有一定的了解，具备一定的故障排查能力
5. 掌握独立运用Shell，Python，SQL等脚本化语言者优先
6. 较强的沟通、表达和谈判技巧以及组织、计划能力
7. 强烈的学习、应用新技术的热情，善于思考和总结，工作积极主动
8. 能独立为客户提供技术服务，达到客户的期望
9. 熟练的英文听说读写能力

 

Job Description:

1. The work area is at the forefront of 5G and customer’s cloud service technology, providing customer with technical support and service delivery for 5G network.
2. As a technical support engineer, the candidate needs to have extensive expertise in communication and IT, master the software and hardware knowledge of related products, and knowledge of data communication network. The candidate should also have strong learning ability and can adapt to the rapid development of communication technology quickly and flexibly.
3. The technical support engineering daily contact is mainly the technical staff of the operator customer, as well as the service manager and service engineer within the company's service delivery department. Candidate also needs to cooperate with sales, R&D, third-party service providers and local government.
4. Can adapt to frequent and urgent domestic and international business trips. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with colleagues, customers and third-party suppliers.

 

Job Responsibility:

1. Handle customer questions and provide technical report.
2. Telecom network failure analysis and processing.
3. Assist Ericsson back-end technical support and R&D for problem tracking, analysis and resolution.
4. Emergency troubleshooting.
5. Software upgrade management.
6. Customer communication and training.

 

Key requirements for the Job:

1. Experience with Cloud/OpenStack/CEE/Docker/VNF.
2. Familiar with LTE/EPC related theoretical knowledge, have a certain understanding of 5G SA/NSA network architecture, interfaces and protocols.
3. 4G/5G network end-to-end problem tracking capability.
4. Skilled in using the Linux operating system. Have a understanding of the database and IP, have troubleshooting capabilities.
5. Mastering the use of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and SQL is preferred.
6. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills as well as organizational and planning skills.
7. Strong learning, enthusiasm for applying new technologies, good at thinking and summarizing, proactive work attitude.
8. Can independently provide technical services to customer and meet customer expectation.
9. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
