Responsibilities:

  

• Prepares monthly journal entries and maintains the required supporting work papers

• Performs bank reconciliations

• Performs monthly input VAT verification, import VAT verification in tax system

• Reconciles input VAT & out VAT with tax return monthly

• Prepare cash disbursement

• Prepare staff reimbursement and AP entry

• Support closing, issue invoice and ensure reconciliation with sub-ledger

• Support monthly statistical report, tax filing etc.

• Support annual inspection and annual tax return

• May work on ad hoc projects as it relates to the finance and accounting department

  Qualifications:

                      

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

• 3 years of related working experience

• Good analytical & communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and interact successfully with non-financial personnel

• High degree of professionalism

• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Team player who can easily handle shifting priorities in deadline-driven and multi-tasking environment

• Proficient in written English
