工作内容：

Be supervisor in risk analytics of retail loan risk management
负责零售信贷业务的风险管理的风险分析

1.Deliver routine report and ad-hoc risk analysis on timely basis.及时完成定期报告和主题风险分析.
2.Maintain TMFCN's risk infrastructure, including but not limit to Decision Engine, Dataflux and SNA.维护TMFCN的风险基础设施，包括但不限于决策引擎、Dataflux和SNA.
3.Imlement risk strategies in risk infrastructure accurately.在风险基础设施上部署风险策略.
4.Support to develop risk models,including but not limit to credit scoring model and fraud refferal model.支持开发风险模型，包括但不限于信用评分模型和欺诈相关模型.
5.Other risk analytics and risky event countermeasuring supports.其他风险分析与风险事件处理的支持.

Maintain retail risk policies, routinely review and propose risk policy change
维护零售风险政策，定期回顾并提出风险政策修订建议

1.Regularly review and revise retail risk policy.定期对零售业务的风险政策进行回顾与修改。
2.Cooperation in improvement  of the retail business process.
协助改善零售信贷业务流程。

Risk strategy review and implementation
风险策略回顾与实施

1) Frequently review risk strategies according to portfolio changes and deploy them in risk infrastructure.定期回顾风险策略，并协助将风险策略部署到风险基础设施上。
2) Monitor risk strategies in a frequent manner and give suggestion to adjust them.定期监控风险策略，并提出调整建议。

任职条件

University degree with Statistics, Mathematics, Computer software programming, Financial engineering or equivalent major;
Strong logical thinking ability and language skills,Skilled use of office software;
SAS/SPSS programing skills is prefered;
Experience in retail banking is prefered;
本科以上学历，数学/统计学/计算机软件编程专业/金融工程学专业；
较强的逻辑思维能力与语言表达能力，熟练使用办公软件；
有SAS/SPSS等分析经验者优先考虑；
具备银行零售工作经验者为佳。
