 JOB PURPOSE

• Assist and support outside sales in the sales task management (business follow up with OP team)

• Assist and support Inside sales in the sales task management (business follow up with OP team)

• Participate in accounts qualification

• Manage appointments for outside sales. Reply enquiries and quotes to existing accounts/ prospects

• Prepare presentations and SOP (design and/ or formalization) for new projects

• Participate in solution design of team business included route development, service products, vertical industry logistics, etc

• Coordination of insurance and legal affairs with concern department in Bollore.

  

• Participate in prospect account qualification (mapping, sales calls)
• Assist and support Outside Sales/Inside Sales in his/her daily sales activities (presentations, quotations…)
• Elaborate quotations with the Outside Sales approval
• Communicate to Outside Sales/Inside Sales all useful sales information needed for sales portfolio management
• Maintain and update the requested performance indicators
• Sales lead administration (CRM, follow up, credit application)
• Other tasks assigned by manager    

  

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Over 8 years CS or sales support/inside sales experience in NVOCC, general knowledge for both air freight & sea freight

• Emphasis on sea freight experience

• Good command of English

• Interpersonal and communication skills

• CRM knowledge preferred

• Familiar with PPT

• ‘French Cultural Background’ priorities: French company (NVOCC/logistics) working experience background; French trade lane/route business experience; or French speak
