JOB TITLE: KAM
DEPARTMENT: Regional Growth Initiatives
REPORTING TO: Head of Key Account Management
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's total solution (multi-therapy products, services and relevant solutions) within an assigned specific customer accounts (hospitals/group purchasing organizations) to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners (sales, marketing, commercial, operation, solution development, strategy, etc.) to provide customized solutions for key accounts including product offering, training/education initiatives, channel and logistic solutions and other relevant services.
- Collaborating with sales team of Regional Growth Initiatives to develop/introduce new therapies in assigned territories/hospitals to seize increments.
- Develop and maintain strategic collaboration with key accounts by fully engagement of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders (e.g. hospital investor/head, administration, head of clinical department, etc.) to explore new business opportunities.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least five-year successful sales experiences in medical devices area. Experiences on following area will be preferred, GPO selling, equipment, surgical products, direct selling. Marketing experience would be a plus.
- Highly result-driven.
- Strong in collaboration and project management.
- Willing to working under high pressure.
- Skillful in communication and negotiation.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
