职位描述
Job Profile:
Answer incoming calls with professional and in a timely manner
Learn to use e-commerce administration system to respond client’s request for product purchase, modification, withdraw and complains resolutions
Receive frequent training on consumer, service and individual insurance knowledge
Summarize the call report on the daily basis and improve user experience
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
Generate monthly finance, insurance, payroll report by applying system tools
Recommend process improvements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
College degree or above
Prefer at least 1 year call center experience from E-commerce platform, call center or phone based customer service;
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with diverse individuals and situations
Working knowledge of computers and standard office equipment with the ability to utilize the Internet
Strong Excel, Word skills will be asset
Excellent customer service, teamwork spirit and have high sense of responsibility
Be able to learn fast and work under pressure
Fluent English is a plus
