1、供应商日常管理及开发，供应商信息分析以及供应商选择与评估工作；

2、熟悉分管物料的名称、型号、规格、产地、单价、品质及供应商品的厂家，准确了解、掌握市场供求即时行情，适时组织采购；

3、对采购、物流作业进行实施督导，进行采购、物流数据的记录和汇报；

4、控制采购成本，不断的改进程序以使成本降低，提高采购质量；

5、采购物品询价、议价、比价、合同签订与订单下达；

6、采购结算管理与发票跟进；

7、负责企业内外部的沟通协调，保证采购工作能正常进行；

8、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估。

9、挖掘在质量、价格、供货能力方面更有竞争力的新供应商，以降低采购风险、降低成本；

10、与供应商沟通协调，维持与供应商之间的长期稳定的合作关系。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，化妆品行业1年以上相关工作经验；有化妆品、洗护、日化相关采购领域工作经历优先；

2、熟悉采购流程，精通谈判技巧，具备较强的成本控制意识；

3、思维灵活且有逻辑性，敏锐的市场分析能力，善于解决各种业务问题；

4、能承受一定的工作压力，具有较强的商业谈判技巧和沟通能力，应变能力强；

5、有极强的供应商渠道开发、鉴别能力；

6、挖掘在质量、价格、供货能力方面更有竞争力的新供应商，以降低采购风险、降低成本；

7、与供应商沟通协调，维持与供应商之间的长期稳定的合作关系。
