职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Designing, implementing and facilitating EMW's annual Sales strategies.
2. Supporting and facilitating implementation and development of Sales plans.
3. Monitoring competitors in wine industry, providing professional advice/suggestions to management.
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees, officials.
5. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate work plan, assign projects and program responsibilities; review and evaluate work methods and procedures, meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
6. Explain Sales Department programs, policies, and activities; Negotiate and resolve sensitive and controversial issues
7. Manage the development and implementation of Sales Department, goals, objectives, policies and priorities for each function
8. Responsible for developing sales to on trade channels, especially for developing new clients.
9. Take care of the existing customers and further develop more sales with hotels and restaurants, to have a close follow up with IHG, Shangri-la, Hilton and Starwood Hotels.
10. Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
11. Assist and coordinate in winery visits and marketing promotions.
12. Lead sales team to develop wine sales in accordance with our national development plan and the company procedures and policy.
13. Give necessary instructions to your team members to reach the sales target.
14. Be responsible for hiring Sales personnel according to budget and for internal employee growth

Requirements:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales or other related course, Master Degree or MBA is preferred.
2. At least 5 years working experience in Sales, and 3 years managerial experience in F&B industry.
3. Has a good customer data base, with an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player.
4. Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
5. Supervisory skills and has the ability to designate the task if required
6. With interpersonal and motivational skills
7. Has passion for wines and willing to work in wine industry
8. Has an excellent communication skill in English and Chinese
