工作职责:

1.按部门管理制度要求和项目小组负责人的工作安排开展审计工作。

2.参与各事业部、企业开标、议标见证。

3.协助部门资料归档及档案管理。

4.负责工程合同管理

5.负责部门资产管理及盘点

6.根据上级领导的要求，按时、按质完成交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

1.全日制大专以上学历，文秘或档案管理相关工作经验或实践经验，学习能力强。

2.具有一定的文字功底，熟练操作办公软件，熟悉主流财务软件和企业运营系统。

3.良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，遵纪守法，保守公司秘密。坚持原则，客观公正，团队协作能力和沟通协调强，具有责任心。
